Her father has no source of income, her mother is a home maker. Only god knows from where they found an engineer son in-law for them. In today’s society it’s very hard to find a normal salaried groom for many educated girl and look here how lucky she is. She is just 12th pass and now going to marry a guy who is an engineer in Government sector. What do you think from where did they get money for dowry? Arey… she has her own income since last 8 years. She is running a small beauty parlour at her house and she is teaching many household things as well like sewing, cooking, sketching, painting etc. She must have saved some money. But How much money she could have earned with parlour work yaar? I am sure she must have implicated the boy in her love trap. Yes, yes you are right. I have heard that she is very over friendly with everyone. I have been to her house many times and saw her talking over the phone for hour’s without any objection from her parents. Why would her mother have problem, every expensive item like fridge, cooler, TV they bought from her money. There is no reason to be problematic about it. (Girls were discussing at the marriage ceremony)
What nonsense you guys are discussing about my daughter and on her wedding day? Get out from hear now! (Vidya said) to friends of her daughter. If someone from groom’s side will listen to your rubbish you know then how big the issue will be. Shameless girls! She screamed on them and started doing her work again as it was her daughter’s wedding day and she don’t have time for these nonsense. It was not the first time when she heard these things about her daughter but she didn’t expect it on the day of her wedding and by her own friends.
The Bride: Mamta was the third child of her mother, she was extremely beautiful, talented, intelligent and smart. Although she has never been at the college before as she was not fond of studying but she was earning better than any other degree holder girls in the town. She was running her own business in the form of beauty parlour and teaching house hold stuffs to local girls, which makes her famous in her locality. Many girls started being jealous to her, out of jealousy they started making unreal stories about her to pull her leg down or you can say to put the curtain down for the failure of themselves. It’s not like that she wasn’t aware about it, but she never felt it important to rectify their opinion. she couldn’t fight, explain or convince everyone about her truth. Though she became used to with it and she had made her peace with these nonsense.
When people heard the news of her marriage with an educated boy they all got surprised and started making their own stories of garlands. Everyone has a question where did they find a boy like this?
The Groom: – Monish was engineer in electronic department in a government institution. A successful satisfied person, tall, fair and handsome. Always admirer of knowledge and confidence. When Monish met Mamta in a marriage function of a common friend. He was noticed something different about her. Her aura is very positive for him. Few days later he started to find everything about her and after one month of his so called research on her, he put his marriage proposal in front of her explaining her everything about him.
Initially Mamta found it little wired and said she needs some time to think to answer him. Later on she and her family found out everything good about him and his family. However there was one question everyone in Mamta’s family and including Mamta was having…Why he want to marry with Mamta? Because between them there was a big education gap. So Mamta arranged a meeting with him and asked clearly about his reason for marring her.
He told, I know why you are subspecies about me and want to know why I want to marry you. Let me explain you, apart from your beauty you are intelligent, smart, confident and empowered. I believe Degree is important but it’s not the definition and end result of the perfection. I spent my 8 to 10 years to become an engineer and still I am not satisfied with my work may be because of work pressure or many other things. But look at you, you are well capable for yourself as well as you are giving employment to others. You are living your life in your terms. I always loved people you have courage to follow their dreams instead of full filling others opinion and judgment. This makes you even more valuable and precious. Education is not limited only with books, I can’t read all the books in the world, I have specific knowledge in my field and so do you. We are good in our own line of work which makes us even. And when you took time to take your decision or meeting me or knowing about me that made me even more desirous. Because it shows your value for yourself. So tell me why should I don’t want to marry you? Maybe people will don’t understand but I am not hear to please them.
Isn’t this beautiful that how they met and what kind of situation they faced.
A true Happy Ending.
With this kind of real life story I am starting my new series called “MY MARRIAGE STORY”.
